More titled lots at The Roads.

An exciting update at The Roads with lots in Stage 2 recently titling – marking an important step forward in Mount Clear’s new neighbourhood.

With all 45 homesites now ready for building, Stage 2 offers a range of family-sized lots with room for a spacious home and backyard, as well as smaller sites suited to different budgets and life stages.

Several homes are also set to commence in Stage 2, with the design review process through The Roads Design Guidelines complete and building approvals in place.

The Design Guidelines ensure a consistent, high-quality streetscape responding to the natural and earthy tones of the surrounding Mount Clear landscape. 

Stage 2 will continue to build on the character established in Stage 1, where a growing number of homes are now complete and occupied.
