The Roads taking shape

The Roads continues to evolve, with new homes nearing completion, landscaping becoming established and more people choosing to make Mount Clear home. Captured earlier this year, the aerial image below showcases the transformation underway at The Roads.

Across the neighbourhood, new homes continue to emerge, with many now complete or nearing completion and new residents settling into the community. At the entrance to The Roads, new neighbourhood signage has recently been installed, creating a welcoming arrival.

The landscape is also beginning to establish. Extensive planting throughout the Canadian Creek Reserve has continued to grow, with thousands of indigenous trees, shrubs and grasses helping restore the creek corridor and strengthen habitat for local wildlife. As these plantings mature over coming seasons, they will create an increasingly green and connected landscape for residents to enjoy.
